And not only that, it also makes us wonder if the reality star is going overboard with all of the alleged procedures. The changes to her face from when she first appeared on RHOA until now are rather jarring. With cameras filming her every move and the magical powers of editing at play, it's no surprise there's plenty of shade overshadowing Kim Zolciak-Biermann's reputation.

However, the reality star appears to be focused on repairing her image. In an Instagram post , Leakes listed Zolciak-Biermann as one of the many people who had reached out by "sending gifts, love, and just good ole words of encouragement. Zolciak-Biermann also gave back in a major way in September when she launched a GoFundMe page for a man named Junior — someone her family befriended during a vacation to Turks and Caicos.
